I made these last weekend. My nephew (6 years old) took one bite and said - 'Wow, these are great - I'm going to make this last forever!'. I didn't have a hard time getting them out of the pan but I had let them set up in the refrigerator for a couple of hours prior to serving. I used Wheat Ritz crackers to try to be a bit more healthy - probably would have been even better with Original Ritz. But the combination of sweet chocolate, salty crackers and PB was great!

I made these for my sister-in-law's graduation party. They were a hit! I had a hard time getting the bars out of the glass pan, so I turned the pan upside down on a cutting board. Then I soaked a towel in hot tap water and wrung it out. Then I laid the towel over the bottom of the pan. I did that three times because the cold pan quickly cooled down the towel. That bit of heat loosened the butter that I greased the pan with, and the bars came right out.
