		<description><![CDATA[Nope...no need to grease the pan. Just chill in the fridge, and then cut into squares. Also, store in the fridge, as they would get a little melty otherwise. In my mind, they are best when out of the fridge long enough to slightly soften, and take the chill off. Enjoy!!!]]></description>
