I did not have time to make cookies, so I spread the dough in a greased 9X13 pan and baked 10 minutes. I topped it with mini marshmallows, then popped it back in the oven for 3 minutes more. I heated up my can of frosting so I could just pour it on top. They were a HIT!

They were very messy to ice and I ended up not having enough icing (because I smeared so much on a lot of them so I wouldn’t have to touch the marshmallow top and make it all gooey). If you like marshmallow and their texture, this is the recipe for you!
