I already looked up the “translations” of a couple of the ingredients and instructions just in case anyone else needs them:

180 C = 375 F
lamington tray = 9 x 11 baking pan
icing sugar = powdered (confectioners) sugar
baking paper = parchment paper
desiccated coconut = dried coconut, usually available in bulk or specialty sections of grocery.
