First, I used about half the sugar, this gave it a bittersweet flavor that was good with the sweet fruit we used for dippers.  Next, I used a mixture of whipping cream and half and half instead of evaporated milk.  I cut the amount of milk by about a 1/2, too.  Thanks!]]></description>
