Made these this morning……..RICH and DELICIOUS. Now on the must bake list every year. A bit sticky to roll but my kids loved it, thanks for sharing. I’ve made a similar one in the past with cake mix and cool whip, lemon is very tasty and light, perfect for summer.

YUMMM….just sampled one still “warm from the oven”! Didn’t read the fine print that baked cookies last for 3 days…is the dough good in the fridge for a few days?
