		<description><![CDATA[Golden Syrup - it&#039;s an English thing - used a lot in sweets and desserts.  I guess you could say it&#039;s a cross between molasses (but more golden) and Maple Syrup (but thicker).  I guess a nice thick honey would do well too...]]></description>
