I just made this and it was a flop. I didn’t notice it had to be self rising flour … I don’t use that and wonder what I could’ve added as far as baking powder and/or soda.

Great recipe! I even used 1/2 stick butter instead of the 6 Tbs called for (that’s all I had) and was still wonderful. Figured I could eat more that way, too!

I had to try this dessert because it just sounded so unique but something easy enough for me to do.
I made this for dessert (for later tonight) and I have to say it is really, really yummy. I’ll admit that I snuck in a taste of it right after it came out of the oven and it was so, so good. It definitely looks like a cobbler and it has the nice sweet taste of a brownie and a little texture of cake. I think I have found my new go-to P.M.S. dessert.
