My sister, who hates fruit, even liked them! The cherries just add a nice tang to the cookie (I didn’t bother chopping them because I like the bigger chunks), and the hint of cinnamon is wonderful. These looked somewhat healthy, so I made them for an afternoon snack. Yum, and now I don’t want dinner. I used a cup of chocolate chips rather than chopping my own, and next time I may add more cherries. There is just a hint of flavor, and I’d rather more of a bite.
