The streusel topping is something I will use for numerous recipes from now on. The amount of chocolate chips is just perfect. A little bit of sweet fun but not overwhelming for breakfast. They could also be easy interchanged with other fruits or nuts. I think this coffee cake would be amazing with raspberries.
