My husband and I have gotten hooked on a local restaurant’s chocolate chip bread pudding, so when I saw this recipe, I knew it was THE ONE for his birthday dessert. This was so easy and it turned out perfectly. The custard set up even though I had some lumps in the mixture, and the chocolate chips add just a little gooey decadence. We agreed that this rivaled our restaurant find, and the kitchen smell was divine. I get the feeling he’s going to request this one a lot…

This was a hit in my picky family. The only thing I changed was putting the bread cubes in the liquid and let it sit in mixing bowl to soak. Then I poured it in the baking dish. This way everything is coated. Other than that, it was perfection!!! I loved it and will make it again and again and again and….

My husband adored this! Instead of using just chocolate chips, I got a bag that had chocolate and peanut butter chips. We’ve made it twice and it is just divine. It even reheats great.

I was looking for a recipe to use up a bunch of leftover kaiser rolls from July 4th, and found this. Fantastic! After a mishap with my food processor left about a half cup of the mixture all over my counter , I added more milk to make up the difference. Turned out great. I absolutely LOVE the combination of chocolate and a hint of cinnamon. I will definitely make again!

I was on the hunt for a good yet easy bread pudding recipe, and I found it! I love a recipe that only has a few steps and keeps my dishes to a minimum. For those who try this recipe after me, it’s important for you to combine the ingredients in the order she lists them otherwise you might end up with random clumps. Also, I used heavy cream because that’s what I had, and it turned out. Thanks for posting this!
