 I also found that the recipe resulted in a cup of surplus icing, so would probably reduce to 4 cups powdered sugar and 1 cup butter for next time. And there WILL be a next time! Thank you muchly for sharing.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Excellent! I made this for a neighborhood get-together and got rave reviews. 

I left it sit on the counter overnight and the frosting got a little soft. The top layer of the cake slid partway off on the car ride over, but luckily I fixed it with some emergency cake surgery upon arrival. I think if I would have put it in the fridge overnight the frosting would have been perfect.]]></description>
