The chocolate and caramel were thick & hard to work with so I ended up thinning them multiple times during the process. I think using a double boiler rather than microwaving them would work better. I coated mine in crushed Reese’s cups and Snickers. They ended up looking like a gourmet $8 apple from a specialty chocolate store!
