I made it for a friend’s birthday and everyone could not stop raving about it. The chocolate cake is moist and perfect, the white chocolate mousse went with it perfectly. And now that I have tried ganache, I’m never going back! This was the perfect combination. I am already thinking of making it again for my brother in law’s birthday, and they are only 2 weeks apart!
