		<description><![CDATA[This is definitely a  keeper!  I love that it is eay to make  and looks wonderful in the pan and after it has been cut.
And...if you dare...would hold up beautifully under a scoop of Blue Bell! :)  
   I made one small revision in the recipe.  I used white chocolate chips instead of the sem-sweet chips in the bar, but still used the butterscotch chips for the glaze.
