Great easy to make cookies! They were a big hit with my family.

These were sooo good!! I really noticed a difference (not a good one) when I used a cheaper cake mix. I’ll stick with Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker for sure. Definitely a keeper!

Absolutely delicious. I made them for a friend who loves peanut butter, and these were a huge hit. Once assembled, the cookies are huge, so one is plenty for a serving. Definitely make sure you don’t overbake, as having the cookie chewy is key with the filling.

Oh. Wow. These are so yummy and rich. I can’t have more than 1.5 in a single sitting and even then they need milk! I would also say there is more than enough filling with this recipe, so try halving the amounts. They remind me a bit of a “whoopie pie” a friend brought to school once. So good and deceptively easy!

I made these and my sister and father wanted to try them, but as they are both diabetics the second batch I made I used splenda in the frosting. It was the only change I made, since they are both “borderline” diabetics. They loved them and so did the rest of the family. Everyone was pleased and no one realized I had cut the sugar out! Deliciousness!

I made these for cookie trays for a teacher appreciation luncheon and these got rave reviews! If you truly make a 1 inch ball, these made something like 24 sandwiches for me? And they are better smaller b/c they are so rich!

YUMMY! I didn’t have devils food, so I used chocolate cake mix and it was SO YUMMY. It made a bit too much peanut butter frosting, but that’s OK, more to eat off my fingers. Next time, I’ll flatten the cookies a bit so they are not so round. I’ll also make them a bit smaller than my cookie scoop made, as the 2 cookies, with the middle frosting made for a BIG dessert! I found myself cutting the finished pieces in half so we could have a few bites each. Really rich, but good.

Oh my those look good! I love anything with peanut butter and confectoners’ sugar together…
