Maybe it’s just my tired, old appliance, but I had to leave the cake in the oven for almost 2 hours before it was cooked through. It was worth the worry and the wait, however. The cake turned out perfect, and it tastes delicious! I will definitely be bringing this with me to Thanksgiving (and maybe even Christmas) dinner.
