These are a favorite of ours. My friend Sarah calls them “crack cookies” because they are so addictive! At first, I wondered about the mix of ginger, molasses, and chocolate, but they REALLY work together beautifully!

Flavorful and delicious! I gave these away as Christmas gifts and they were loved! People couldn’t believe they were homemade.

These are fantastic! They have great flavor and texture. I think they also have a certain sophistication that would make them especially good for hostess gifts — something about them just makes you want to wrap them in cellophane tied with a fancy ribbon.

Wonderful cookie. Wasn’t sure about the ginger/chocolate combo but it rocks! Used leftover chips (bittersweet and semi sweet), because it was way too cold to go to the grocery store. Will definitely make again.

Delicious Delicious Delicious. I didn’t think I really liked ginger cookies. Or molasses. Wrong and wrong! So good. Even my husband who usually complains that cookies are too sweet loved them. We’re supposed to be sending them to my son’s class but I may have to hide them so they’ll last until tomorrow. Yum.
