Two tips: I put the Hershey’s caramel kisses in my freezer for about five minutes so when I chopped them up, the Carmel was soilid and not soft. I also found that after you take them out of the oven, make sure they cool slightly, but don’t let them sit to long or the cookies with the Carmel that leaks out a little will get hard which makes it a little difficult to remove from the cookie sheet.

Some of the caramel did leak out while baking, but I actually enjoyed the semi-crunch with the chewiness of the cookie.
