Tangy and sweet and sour. I wanted a dessert for a “cheese party” that was different from cheesecake or something else with cream cheese. This was the ticket. But I couldn’t find the waffle cookies since we don’t have a TJ’s here so instead I used Anna’s ginger thins, which adds an autumn twist. These are so simple but unexpected.
