		<description><![CDATA[I wish there was a 4.5 mitt rating!  This was a really fantastic recipe.  My cheesecake was silky, soft, and absolutely beautiful!!  I would highly recommend cutting down the amount of butter to only a stick or possibly half a stick.  I wound up with melted butter all over my oven and when chilled, there is a thick bead of congealed butter around the edge of the crust and in all the nooks and crannies within the crust.  Still an awesome, fantastic recipe!!  Will definitely be making this one over and over!!]]></description>
