I also made half the recipe, which still produced 20 cookies. The texture was ok but they tasted a bit bland – maybe I didn’t use enough of the spices? I also guessed that 350 degrees would be suitable for baking these; I might have missed it in the recipe, but I didn’t see an oven temperature.
