I probably should have mentioned this is a gooey recipe, not the crispy oven caramel corn. This is one of the reasons we love it so much in my house. We make it in a disposable turkey pan and have been known to put a baggie over our hand to "dig in". The caramel left on the bottom of the turkey pan is there to drag your popcorn kernel along and and lap up the gooey caramel.

Tasty, but very gooey. I ended up baking it for a while at 200 degrees, stirring every 20 minutes to help it set up.
Also, do not walk away from the pan of caramel sauce. It scorches very easily and does not strain well.

This looks good! I havent found a recipie that uses condensed milk.
I do suggest though, using mushroom popcorn - it is a sturdier type of corn that will stand up to being mixed with the caramel. I ususally get mine from www.justpoppin.com - you can get it in kernals, i like to pop corn myself. I think it tastes better because you dont get all the salt, oil, or butter like you would in microwave popcorn.
