		<description><![CDATA[Just made these, but with one little change, I only made a 1/2 recipe.  When I do this For a cake mix I use 2 eggs then 1/2 of the water(I use milk) and oil (well a tiny over half).  The cup cakes were very flavorful and moist.  Very good.  But I think I would prefer a lighter/fluffier caramel frosting or perhaps even a cream cheese frosting with just a hint of peanut butter in it.  A deffinite do again recipe.  Thanks for sharing.
