I think that speaks for itself. Everyone was raving & requesting the recipe. I doubled the recipe, to make the party cake 3 layers tall & keep one layer for my family–good thing! My only complaint is that the frosting is really sticky & a bit tough to work with, but man, is it delicious. For next time, I need to remember to bump my oven temp down, because the cake got too brown on the outside due to my awesome, but dark, non-stick cake pans. A tasty recipe, that’s for sure!
