I am in the process of making these now and it looks like it will be delicious. I did have a few questions. 1. I melted the caramel but it just kept getting hard again. I didn't add the butter to it because you said only if it didn't melt, which technically it did but it was hard as soon as I put it in the dough. I'm hoping the baking process will help. 2. Coffee grinds. Were those supposed to be wet ones or dry ones? I started off wet brewed grinds but realized that wasn't going to work so I changed to sprinkling dry fresh grounds. And a picture pre-bake would be helpful to see how yours looked. 3. After I cool and cut do I put the new pieces back on parchment. I ask because I have great nonstick sheets but they are dark, not sure if parchment helps deflect some of the bottom heat?
