Made this today, added the entire block of cream cheese (8 ounces) and had a enough left over for three dessert glasses of cantaloupe mousse.

DELICIOUS! This would be perfect to bring to a cook out because no one else would be bringing it and it will get rave reviews!

Seriously you need to make this pie this week!

My usual pies contain the mandatory food group - chocolate. But, during the summer, we eat alot of cantaloupe and I was excited to see this recipe -- something different! Made it last night and it was great! Easy to make and my son really liked it. Light, refreshing and a recipe I will continue to make.

Well, rhythm and rhymes are both good things. (grin)

In theory this could be made with any melon (honeydew, casaba, etc.), yes? It looks and sounds so freaking good, but I'm allergic to cantaloupe, dang it. I'll give it a bash and let you know what happens.
