We have two Meyer lemon trees in our backyard. In fact, we just picked two 5 gallon buckets of those luscious beauties! My question is: “Have you ever candied more than one lemon at a time?” I need directions on how to increase the ingredients if you have. Thanks! And now I’m off to try my first candied lemon. :)
