I originally had trouble with the consistancy, though finding the caffe au lait flavor deliciously grown up for such a childish treat. I tried it again today, heating the ingrediants up more slowly, whisking more constantly and giving it a few more minutes to cook and it came out perfectly, so i revised my review to give it 4 mitts instead of 3. Incidentally, the second time around i reversed the amounts on the cocoa and espresso powder to make it kid friendly. I suspect without the espresso powder you end up with a great basic pudding recipe that can be tweaked all sorts of ways. Maybe I’ll make a cafe au lait pudding pie topped with whipped heavy cream and some dark chocolate curls…SINFUL!!!
