		<description><![CDATA[this was really good!  i made it last night for our small group.  it did need to bake for at least an hour, and once it was pretty much cooled down, the outer crust was a great compliment to the soft, moist center.  it wasn&#039;t too sweet, and was really yummy with coffee!]]></description>
