		<description><![CDATA[These were great! Instead of rolling them into balls I did them 2 different ways to see what I liked.. First I rolled the dough into a log and stuck it in the freezer for a few min and then sliced the dough into ½ inch circles. Next I rolled the dough a ½ inch thick between 2 layers of wax paper and used cookie cutters. Both methods worked really well. Just make sure to keep an eye on the cookies in case they are rolled a bit too thin as they will burn :)

Overall, these were delish! Buttery and not too sweet.]]></description>
