I substituted french vanilla pudding for the white chocolate. Also used dark chocolate brownies. Yum! This receive was so simple and received rave reviews.

Oh My Goodness! This is sooo good. I took to work for a co-workers birthday and there was none left and received several compliments. I modified the recipe by doing the following:
low fat brownie mix
sugar free fat free white chocolate pudding
fat free milk
fat free cool whip
It was still just as rich and sweet as using the original ingredients.
This is a keeper.

I got this recipe as a Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle from Pampered Chef years ago, although it has a little bit of coffee in with the Cool Whip. Seriously one of the yummiest desserts I’ve ever made. It is frequently requested, although I’m not sure I’d like it as much without the coffee.
