I made a mint version (chocolate chunk brownies), mint oreos, mint chocolate chip ice cream, Andes baking chips on top of the fudge sauce) for my husband’s birthday. He can be sort of “meh” about desserts and food in general (weirdo), but he keeps going back to the freezer for more of this. I love how adaptable your recipe is, Meredith–what a great template. TO DIE FOR!! This recipe is sooo good! I made it last weekend for a Family gathering and everyone was raving about it. They all wanted the recipe! I highly recommend making it! The best Ice Cream Cake I have ever had. I also had a little Fudge sauce left over, so we have been using it on ice cream..yummy!
