		<description><![CDATA[I am making this today and hope someone reads this in time.  I am wondering the need for the corn syrup, I feel there is already a ton of sugar in the recipe plus the peaches. Is the corn syrup for structural purposes or taste only?

		<description><![CDATA[Shoot!  Why didn&#039;t I discover this earlier in the summer?  Mine came out almost exactly like the picture, except my peach was white instead of yellow, so not quite as pretty.  As usual, I added 1/2 t. of xanthan gum to smooth everything out, and it is completely amazing.  The cinnamon and peach go so well together, and the tartness of the yogurt is mellowed just the right amount by the brown sugar.  I will definitely make this regularly.  Like, every single time yogurt goes on sale.  Thanks a ton, Tallmisto.]]></description>
