I’ve been looking for a chocolate chip cookie recipe that doesn’t flatten out. This one fits the bill. I did make a couple of changes by omitting the cinnamon and adding 1/2 cup of pecans. I will definitely be making these again. I used a medium cookie scoop (Pampered Chef) & it made 24. Thank you.
