Very flavorful, light and fluffy. I exchanged 1/2 c. of the milk for 1/2 c. pumpkin-spice flavored liquid creamer, and it was so delicious. Much lighter and fluffier than the bread pudding I have had before. Almost like a french toast casserole. Very good!
