		<description><![CDATA[This was a very easy to follow recipe! And it&#039;s delicious! Be warned, it&#039;s not very SWEET, but for die-hard chocolate lovers, it&#039;ll be a favorite. 

I&#039;ll do things differently the next time I make it: 
I&#039;ll make sure the chocolate is cooled enough (I think it was too hot and made the whipped cream melt a little which then made the folding process fail a bit and a bunch of the chocolate sunk to the bottom in a big strong-tasting chunk). 
And I&#039;ll dish up smaller portions for my guests. Half of them couldn&#039;t finish it -- not huge chocolate lovers and felt no compunction over throwing their left-overs away. :(]]></description>
