		<description><![CDATA[These are good and easy to make.  The crust is surprisingly like pie crust.  This is not an overly sweet dessert.  It could be sprinkled with powdered sugar.  I would add more blueberries next time, maybe another half cup.  I used frozen berries from last summer and they worked great!  I also used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.]]></description>
