		<description><![CDATA[This was AMAZING. I made it for dessert for my boss&#039;s farewell lunch, and everyone was impressed. It&#039;s a very classy grown-up cake that&#039;s not too sweet. (Mind you, I reduced both types of sugar from 1/2 cup to 1/3 cup.) I&#039;ll definitely be putting this one on the special occasion rotation!]]></description>

The only things I changed were I dusted the pan with cocoa powder and forgot to poke the top of the cake before brushing on the glaze (I did poke the bottom though).  Everyone had seconds-even people that don&#039;t typically like cake!]]></description>
