These are great cookies!!! I am making my third batch in a week because everyone loves them so much. There is a mistake in the directions, it says “peanut butter” instead of Biscoff. This recipe will be added to all of our favorite cookie recipes, I only wish I would have made them sooner.

Oh my word! Yum! Absolutely delicious and such a tasty blend of ingredients. I did not have white chocolate chips, so I substituted semi-sweet chocolate chips and the combination was divine. When I make them again, I will use less chips as two cups was a little over the top and rich for me.

Sounds great, I don’t have Biscoff–do you think cookie butter would be the same or close enough ??
