The first time I followed the instructions to a “t”. The second time I tried less banana since “small” is a relative word. I popped it in the freezer for 7 hours, and it finally looked solidified, but ended up a gooey mess that can’t be rolled into balls for dipping. Better, as the first time it ended up like soup. Sorry – I was REALLY pulling for this one.
