This is a GREAT recipe. I've made it several times. They were devoured by both adults AND kids! The chocolate hazelnut combines with the bananas so neither flavor is overpowering and the result is creamy, luscious and just yummy. I found that they need to be frozen all the way through or they won't come out easily. I happen to have the same molds as seen in the photo. If the bars are frozen over night (rather than just a few hours), and I run them under hot water until the mold goes from a dark color to a lighter color, the bars will wiggle out. If they aren't hard enough, and I don't "de-stick" them with the hot water, I end up eating them with a spoon....which is ok as they are just as good in a bowl as on a stick. In fact, the next time I make them, I'm going pour it into a square pan and serve it "brownie style." I've been eating this recipe as a smootie and never thought to freeze it. Thanks for the great idea!
