Instead of leaving banana chunks I just mashed it up. This is an easy cupcake to make and the frosting is amazing! YUM!

My sister was craving for banana cupcakes so I decided to make these. The cupcakes and frosting was pretty good. Frosting was thick it made me think of Nutella so… I took the left over (frosting) and made a sandwich.. LOL.. It was actually pretty good though

I made these tonight w/ my girls – in minis! We opted out of making the frosting due to time a limit, but instead spread a small dollop of Nutella on top. Delicious mini cupcakes, and so sooo easy! Thank you for posting a great banana recipe.
