I found the muffins a tiny bit dry but very tasty! I didn’t make the frosting but I’m sure it would have been delicious.

Checked at 30 minutes and they were slightly overdone — should know to keep an eye out when trying a new recipe! But they were still very good.

I’d opt for a different flavor for the frosting next time. It was OK when fresh, not so good the next day.

For the frosting I’ll leave out the banana & use more vanilla; or maybe some run?
