		<description><![CDATA[This is a solid recipe.  It creates a soft cookie, so smaller cookies would be better.  The balsamic vinegar really does bring out the best in the strawberries, and the rest of the cookie offers a soft buttery-sweet backdrop.  If these last longer then one day, consider storing them in the fridge to dry them out a little as moist cookies generally do not store well.  I really enjoyed these and will make them again!]]></description>
