		<description><![CDATA[I just wanted to let you know that I made these again this Christmas by request! They were so good last year that my family actually requested them again this year.  I used a blackberry ginger balsamic this time and they turned out wonderful! This is going to be my go-to Christmas treat to make for people from now on.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Absolutely fabulous! I made two different types: the first one I made with the dark chocolate and a dark sweet cherry balsamic vinegar.  The second I made with white chocolate and a white balsamic with pear.  I rolled the white ones in graham cracker crumbles instead of the coco powder.  The only change I made to the chocolate ones was to add a little powdered sugar into the coco powder dusting, because the straight unsweetened coco was too bitter with the vinegar.  Everyone LOVED these! I&#039;m gonna make them my holiday go-to treat.]]></description>
