The texture is nice and it rose and browned beautifully. The printed recipe doesn’t include the recommendation to pour milk over the warm pudding before eating, so we were a little surprised at the texture (not as moist as we were expecting), but we ended up eating it with ice cream and that was perfect. I’ll have to try pouring on the milk when I have it for breakfast tomorrow!
