So sorry you didn’t have success. The batter is runny, but the result is moist and fluffy cupcakes. Did you try baking them? I’ve used this same batter for several different recipes without any problems.

I went over and over the recipe – everything I made was like it is written there. By adding the water with cacao and baileys to the sugar mixture it became too liquid and the result is a failed cupcake from a wrong recipe.
