Description

Sweet buttercream with a comforting splash of Baileys. I pair it with coffee cupcakes and a rich ganache filling for my evening coffee in a cupcake!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature
  • 2-¼ cups Confectioners Sugar (may Need More For Consistency)
  • 2-½ Tablespoons Bailey's Irish Cream

Preparation

1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter for 45-60 seconds.

2. Add powdered sugar and beat until mixture comes together.

3. Add Baileys and beat an additional 45 seconds. Add additional powdered sugar if necessary to achieve the right consistency.
