Yes, it is very hard to get these out of the kitchen…especially when I’m supposed to share. I have been dying for some home made meringue shells or cookies and this hit the spot. The receipe doubled well as I was making them for a pot luck, so I needed more. It was a good thing I did because I wound up doing too much “quality control” with them.

It is really a matter of taste, but I had a few that didn’t dry out all the way and was worried, but it created more of a chewey center and was really yummy!
